Improving womens’ employment opportunities through training

Problem

Many women in the center’s catchment area have limited opportunities to receive training or develop professional skills. Without targeted training and support in entrepreneurship, they lack the knowledge and resources to pursue professions and earn their own income. This significantly limits their economic independence and their chances of a stable livelihood.

Goal

The center aims to offer women career prospects through training in sewing, handicrafts and hairdressing. The aim is to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue a profession and set up their own business. By providing advice on entrepreneurship and childcare during the courses, the aim is to create a comprehensive, supportive framework that gives the women the opportunity to market their products locally and internationally. The income generated contributes to the further development of the center.
